Our Team
Our clinic is led by Dr Nang Si Si Win, an experienced and compassionate doctor who combines her medical expertise with a holistic, ethical approach to skin care and wellness. Dr Win is a Registered Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
She graduated with the Degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from University of South Pacific in 1994 when she was awarded with Dr Adjukiewicz’s Prize for Internal Medicine upon graduation as the top ranking medical student in the subject.
Her focus on beauty has her trained into looking beyond the skin yet specialising in problematic skin conditions attaining a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from University of Wales College of Medicine, United Kingdom in 2001, graduating with highest score within her cohort. She furthered her study in refining skin problems attaining Certificate in Aesthetic Dermatology in 2013.
As a holistic care believer, she achieved her specialisation with family medicine from Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016 as well as a rural generalist specialisation by attaining Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in 2021.
She is passionate about holistic care, integrating comprehensive well-being into medical practice to help patients feel happy and beautiful from within, with a strong focus on mental well-being.
Dr Win is committed to continuous learning in cosmetic medicine, attending international workshops and conferences to refine her skills alongside globally renowned aesthetic physicians.
Rachael is a highly skilled Beauty Therapist, professionally trained at the renowned French Beauty Academy. With a strong foundation in advanced skin treatments and holistic wellness practices, she brings both technical expertise and a nurturing touch to every client experience.
Passionate about helping women look and feel their absolute best, Rachael’s philosophy goes beyond surface-level beauty. She believes in supporting her clients’ overall wellbeing — creating treatments that not only enhance skin health but also restore confidence and balance from within.
Her artistry is complemented by her personal love of dance, which she embraces as a form of self-expression and connection. This sense of creativity and movement flows into her approach as a therapist, allowing her to craft treatments that feel as rejuvenating for the soul as they are for the skin.
Rachael’s favourite treatment is the HEAL Opulence Ritual — a luxurious, results-driven experience that combines relaxation with radiant skin renewal. She is available for appointments from Tuesday through Saturday and is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to each and every client she meets.
Bianca Lorena Saldes 4x award-winning Aesthetic Nurse and Trainer whose global expertise and passion for skin, aesthetics, and wellness now shine on the Gold Coast at HEAL Medi Spa.
Bianca’s journey is truly unique. Having lived, trained, and worked across the UK, USA, Nepal, China, and Australia, she brings a world of perspectives to every treatment. Her early career in modelling and acting nurtured a refined artistic vision, which she now pairs with advanced medical training to deliver results that feel balanced, natural, and confidence-boosting.
Guided by world-renowned cosmetic doctors and academies, Bianca has become a respected voice in her field — mentoring injectors, teaching workshops, publishing clinical papers, and assisting in cadaver training. She is also the founder of BLC Academy, where she is proud to train the next generation of cosmetic professionals. Starting this month, Bianca will launch her accredited Cosmetic Academy courses on the Gold Coast, running 1–2 times per month for those eager to refine or expand their skills in aesthetic medicine.
At HEAL Medi Spa, Bianca and the team are passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through advanced cosmetic treatments, rejuvenating skin therapies, and holistic wellness support.
